Oniro developments and the projects on this website are owned and operated by Casion Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 448740.
Our office is at Spyrou Araouzou 165, 3036 Limassol.

Oniro sells its homes itself. Your questions about plans, permits, the contract and the build go to the company that is building your home.

Prices are quoted before VAT
Every Aegea Views price on this site is shown before VAT, and all ten flats qualify for the reduced 5% rate on a main residence, subject to the legal conditions.

Use your own lawyer
We recommend that every buyer appoints an independent Cypriot lawyer to check the title, the permits and the contract before signing.
